“Finding Punks & Pinstripes was a life-changing moment. In that room, it was the first time in 35 years of working that I didn't feel like the exception or the square peg in the round hole. It was the first time I did not feel alone in the company of other execs.”
—Co-Founder Coologee, ex-Lehman/ Bain

Punks & Pinstripes is a curated executive community for people who achieved incredible success, found they needed something more, and started climbing the second mountain of their career.
Most executive communities are for people trying to achieve society’s definition of success. Punks & Pinstripes is for people who consciously deviated from that and chose to do the best work of their life as the truest version of themselves. -
It’s secret for two reasons:
1. We talk about real, heavy shit here that can’t be shared with the outside world. Ever.
2. Being a second mountain leader in a first mountain world is both a secret superpower and a risk. Most of our members can’t be public about their membership. -
Punks & Pinstripes is invite-only - not because we’re elitist assholes, but because curation matters much more than expansion. There are two ways to be invited:
1. Meet a member - Members all listen for people who need this and don’t have it. They also own the responsibility of only inviting people in who will make it better for everyone who’s already here. If you meet them, and you need this, they’ll figure it out and show you the secret entrance.
2. We read all the “Learn The Password” stories. We invite the right people to come to our secret events. -
Are you kidding me? Anthony Bourdain, Patti Smith, Madonna, The Ramones, James Baldwin, Talib Kweli, Karen O, And Warhol. How could we do this anywhere else?
And, it’s logistical. Punks & Pinstripes is primarily an in-person community. Most of our members live in or travel to NYC. We’ve tried expanding beyond NYC and it never quite clicked. So, we eventually decided to stay here. -
Membership is $7,000 per year.

We eat together. Always home cooked in a member’s home.
We attend Salons. Where fascinating famous people share their second mountain journey.
We go on retreats together. In upstate New York and Italy. We share our stories of our biggest reinventions. in storytelling sessions.
